The future of injectables begins with you. With Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF), we harness your body’s own regenerative power to restore, rejuvenate, and naturally enhance your skin. PRF treatments create subtle, long-lasting improvements in volume, tone, and texture helping you maintain your natural beauty over time.
PRF is derived from a simple blood draw, which is then spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich fibrin matrix. This golden concentrate is carefully injected into areas of concern, where it slowly releases growth factors, stem cells, and healing signals that stimulate your body’s natural repair processes.
Unlike Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), which releases growth factors for only a few hours, PRF continues to release them over 10–12 days providing a longer, more effective rejuvenation period. The result is firmer, smoother, more radiant skin that improves gradually and naturally.
PRF can be used to:
Minimize scars and accelerate wound healing
Restore thinning hair and reduce hair loss
Brighten dark under-eye circles
Rejuvenate facial tissue
Serve as a natural, autologous filler for subtle volume restoration
At Aive Aesthetics, PRF is one of our favorite ways to keep your results beautifully timeless because there’s nothing more natural than using your own body to renew itself.
PRF will be strategically placed in areas of your face to restore collagen, improve texture and tighten the skin. PRF can be injected under the eyes to tighten skin and fine lines as well as restore discoloration under the eyes from dark circles. Results are usually noticed between 4-8 months. A blood draw is required so please come hydrated.

Platelets are cells found in our blood that are responsible for creating a platelet plug to stop wound bleeding. Once a platelet plug is formed, growth factors and chemical substances called cytokines, chemokines, and leukotrienes are released by both the platelets and the surrounding white blood cells to promote wound healing. This is all a part of the natural process to heal ourselves. With PRF, we harness the power of wound healing for our anti-again benefit! Blood is drawn from your arm and spun down to separate the PRF, white blood cells, plasma, and mesenchymal stem cells from the red blood cells. This mixture is what is used to promote cellular growth and renewal wherever it is injected. Once inside your skin, PRF releases growth factors and inflammatory intermediates to accelerate cellular renewal! For you, this means brighter skin, fine line and wrinkle reduction, a more youthful texture and tone, hair restoration and more! Results, of course, are individual. This treatment has minimal downtime is quick, and requires no surgery or anesthesia.
Results are usually seen as early as 3-4 months, but may also need up to 9 months for cellular renewal/regrowth.
PRF results can be long-lasting. Individual results vary.
PRF has little to no downtime. Downtime is usually measured by bruising or swelling. Bruising and swelling is likely after any injectable so please plan life events accordingly. A good rule of thumb is to plan 2 weeks ahead of any event.
Hydrate yourself! We will be drawing 15-50 cc’s of your blood so make sure you drink plenty of water for a successful blood draw. In addition, hydration has been shown to improve your results. It is recommended to begin hydrating yourself 72 hours prior to your treatment. This means for women, drinking 10-11 cups of water or uncaffeinated fluids per day, and for men drinking about 15 cups of water or uncaffeinated fluids per day. Furthermore, to improve your chances of NOT bruising, avoid ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil, prescription blood thinners, supplements like garlic, ginseng, or ginkgo or anything that will potentiate a bruise.
