Jamie York believes that when people are confident and empowered, they flourish and that includes both the Aive team and the patients we serve every day. With more than 24 years of leadership experience in aesthetic medicine and beyond, Jamie is passionate about creating an environment where every patient feels cared for, valued, and confident in their journey. Her thirteen years of service as President of Elase, one of the nation’s top medical spa brands, shaped her commitment to pairing rich culture and clinical excellence with an elevated patient experience. At Aive, Jamie’s focus is on guiding the team to deliver meaningful, transformative care while carrying forward the legacy of connection and trust that defines our practice.
Taylor Strickland
Clinic Director
Taylor Strickland brings years of leadership experience in aesthetic medicine to her role as Clinic Director at Aive. A licensed Master Aesthetician with advanced education, she believes aesthetics is more than treatments—it’s a way to empower people to feel confident and whole.
Taylor is known for blending business expertise, treatment knowledge, and a whole-person perspective. In addition to her aesthetics background, she is also trained in mindfulness and breathwork, which influence her thoughtful, people-first approach to leadership. She is passionate about creating an environment where patients feel cared for and where the Aive team thrives in delivering meaningful, transformative experiences.
Holly Stewart

Medical Director
Holly Stewart is an experienced Nurse Practitioner and leader in aesthetic medicine with more than 20 years in healthcare. As Medical Director of Aive, her sole focus is ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and clinical excellence across every treatment we provide.
Holly’s career includes over a decade as an injector at Elase Medical Spa, where she worked alongside Aive’s founder, Shari Quai. She has also served as a national educator and Lead Instructor at the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics (NIMA), training providers in advanced techniques and reinforcing best practices throughout the industry.
With a background that spans women’s health, academia, and critical care nursing, Holly brings both depth and breadth of clinical expertise to her role. At Aive, she is dedicated to supporting the team with oversight, guidance, and standards that ensure every patient experience reflects the safest and most effective care possible.
Marti Robles

Aesthetic Injector
Marti Robles is an experienced aesthetic injector with a background in functional medicine and surgical operating room care. A 500-hour certified yoga teacher, she blends medical expertise with a holistic approach to create natural-looking results that help patients feel confident, radiant, and supported in their journey of self-love.
Cassie Summerhays

Aesthetic Injector
With over 5 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, Cassie brings both advanced training and a patient-centered approach to her work at Aive. She has pursued advanced education through the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics and has trained under world-renowned experts, including facial plastic surgeon Dr. Bayrak. Her nursing background also includes work in the operating room, giving her a strong clinical foundation.
Cassie is known for her ability to connect with patients, pairing genuine care with an artistic eye to create natural, balanced results. Her goal is always to help patients feel confident, comfortable, and truly seen throughout their journey at Aive.
Shante Reeder

Aesthetic Injector
With over a decade in medical aesthetics, Shante is passionate about enhancing natural beauty while building meaningful relationships with her patients. She values connection as the foundation of every treatment, pairing her strong clinical background with an artistic eye to deliver results that are natural, balanced, and confidence-boosting.
In addition to her work in aesthetics, Shante has also served as an ICU nurse at Primary Children’s Hospital, where she developed a deep commitment to patient care and safety that continues to inform her practice today. Patients know Shante for her approachable style, genuine warmth, and ability to make every experience feel both personal and transformative.
Outside of Aive, Shante enjoys time with her husband and two boys, staying active, exploring good food, and embracing life’s moments with gratitude.
Katy Stephens

Prescribing Practitioner
With over 20 years of combined experience in healthcare and aesthetics, Dr. Katy Larson brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, advanced training, and a deep commitment to patient care. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and is a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Katy also holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Science & Nutrition and Nursing (BSN), giving her a comprehensive understanding of both internal health and external aesthetics.
Known for her meticulous technique and compassionate approach, Katy prioritizes patient safety, comfort, and natural-looking results. Her goal is always to ensure the highest standard of care.
